Createk has been focusing on professional image processing products for a long time. As development of the company, Createk has started to reach CMMI-3 Certification for promotion in management, after finishing ISO9001 Certification.
CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their overall performance. CMMI maturity level 3 requires an organization to have a defined set of standard processes and institutionalization across its processes. There are 18 process areas, which must be fulfilled by an organization in order to obtain CMMI level 3. All of these fall under different categories, such as Process Management Processes, Project Management Processes, Engineering Processes and Support Processes.
By obtaining CMMI-3 certification, Createk will combine this management system with its own conditions and process into scientific management as corporate culture and wealth.
