Yaham releases 2.4mm high density LED display

New released 2.4mm high density LED display from Yaham, space between pixels only 2.4mm. It uses good light source material, combines new R&D technology and production technics, which makes it perfect high density LED display.

Along with the cost going down, LED display has highly accepted by customers and widely used in shopping mall, show room and staging rental applications. Traditional 4mm and 3.5mm indoor displays have no longer meet the requirement of more clear and vivid display effect.

Because of the dimension limitation of LED, 2.4mm LED display has almost reached the limitation of indoor high density display, it has to be processed under microscope. Yaham has already made some prototype of 2mm/3mm, and had a lot of projects of 3.5mm/4mm/4.2mm. Yaham has made the below improvement when issuing 2.4mm display:

1, It adopts pure black LED light, which can greatly increase the contract ratio.

2, Light and drive board are separately designed, there is radiation space between two boards.

3, It is using aluminum chassis, which is high hardness and low weight.

4, The thickness of the module is 2cm, 6cm including the battery, which is easy to move.

5, It is using hand screw to fix the module, which is easy to install and uninstall.

New 2.4mm LED display pixel density is 173611/m2, H/V view angles are all 120°, brightness is 1500cd/m2, perfect view distance is 1-50 meters, dimension of the module is 460.8mm×460.8mm, resolution of signal module is 192×192, and weight is 9kg.
