The shipments of Projector will reach 10 million units in 2011

In July 2011, each global audiovisual consult companies raise their predicted shipments number of projector this year. The number will reach 10 million units in 2011, including consuming, commercial, cinema and engineering projector. The number of consuming projector will increase most.

Furthermore, most of the consult companies and suppliers give their biggest supports on mini projector. The investigation from TSR Japan, by 2015, the mini projector market will expand to 70 million units worldwide. Pacific Media Associates said in a statement to 2014, mini projector global annual output will reach 1.76 billion. Liquid crystal on silicon (LCoS) micro-projector accessories manufacturers Syndiant, also predicted in four years, micro projector, shipments will surpass 100 million units. Although the market expanding rate has not yet reached the expected level, many companies still are very optimistic. BenQ, Optoma, Vivitek have been developed micro-projector applications.
